WILMINGTON BLISSFUL BLOCK OF THE MONTH QUILT.

The Stitching Post is hosting its third block of month (BOM), Blissful. The fabric collection from the art of Wilmington Prints’ Danielle Leone, is showcased in this beautiful a 93" square queen-size quilt.  It was designed for our new 7-month block-of-the-month program in navy, white, teal, aqua and a bit of peach.  The quilt has an on-point layout of 12" blocks separated by a 6” wide sashing. It also features four panel squares and a repeating stripe border, fussy-cut so the flowers "hug" the outer edge. There are no templates and wherever possible the stitch and flip shortcut methods for making flying geese and square-in-a-square units makes this achievable by confident beginners.

We will include actual labeled swatches to help with your fabric placement. Skill levels are experienced beginner and up.  Kits may be picked up at the store to avoid shipping fees.  Backing and batting are NOT included.

Each month, for 7 months, you will receive a packet with your pattern and the Wilmington Blissful fabrics needed to complete that month's section. Finishing instructions and binding fabrics will be included in the last shipment. Your monthly fee will be $38.00 plus shipping and tax, if applicable. No sign-up fee is needed. A credit card will need to be on file at The Stitching Post for monthly kit charges.
